Features
RIVELLE is made almost entirely of curves. The backrest wraps around the sitter, the seat is full and softly cushioned, and even the legs are upholstered, so the chair reads as one continuous form instead of a seat balanced on four supports.
Vertical channels run down the linen and catch the light in long, soft stripes. The effect is retro without turning nostalgic, closer to a well-kept hotel lounge than to a period piece.
At the dining table it brings warmth and texture to a setting that is usually all hard surfaces. Beside stone, timber or glass, it gives the room something soft to rest its eyes on, and gives the people seated at it a reason to stay.
