Parcel was delayed on a weekly basis. Lack of update from the team in the interim. Seller engaged unreliable courier provider and can’t be of any help when the delivery went terribly wrong. Someone from the team reached out to us, apologized and offered partial refund as part of service recovery. Guess who did not hear back from the lady ever since?

While the parcel was 'delayed' based on an earlier ETA, we did managed to fulfill your order within the 6-8 weeks standard lead time that we promised on our website. And we have responded every time you had asked for an update.
Regarding the partial refund that we offered, we did not get any reply from you since we mentioned it. Also, we provided updates up until the very moment it is being delivered. And have not heard back from you since. Thank you.
